Beaufort County restaurants are displaying special window stickers to highlight local, wild-caught shrimp over imported alternatives. The initiative comes as South Carolina prepares to enforce new state labeling rules requiring dining establishments to clearly disclose imported shrimp on their menus starting October 28th.
