Featuring The Pat Conroy Literary Center & The Culinary Institute of the South
Join us for an evening of Southern food and storytelling, all inspired by the Lowcountry’s favorite author, Pat Conroy. Founding Dean Chef Miles Huff is back to showcase his cooking skills and tastes of the South. Jonathan Haupt, Executive Director of the Pat Conroy Literary Center, will share stories and lessons from Pat Conroy while local chef and cookbook author Debbie Covington serves an array of appetizers inspired by Pat’s favorites. The evening includes expertly selected wine and will conclude with decadent desserts.
Tickets include all food, wine and fun, $125.
